I understand that no two sales are ever the same. Starting with real estate in 1984, I bought a Help-U-Sell franchise. My phenomenal success in real estate is the result of 30 years' hard work, helping clients, and learning as much as I can about the market.
My office, Help-U-Sell of Santa Rosa, won the Pinnacle Office Award from 1996 to 2006, and in 2002, I became the Regional Director of Help-U-Sell for the Sacramento area. Eventually, I became the national trainer for Help-U-Sell.
